Photo-shoot: fashion bloggers and photographers.

Recently we have had an amazing opportunity to take part in a workshop dedicated to the photography through fashion, a photo-shoot which we could not take for granted due to the quantity of the photographers involved in the process.

                     
But let's put the words aside, because, first of all, we' ve already mentioned this event in one of our previous posts - http://inmaltawithlove.blogspot.com/2013/07/workshop-fashion-bloggers-and.html 

  And secondly, no words required when the result speak for itself. Just feel free to look the pictures up. Great shots, isn't it?! As far as we are concerned we are simply in love with them and pleased with the way the enthusiastic participants managed to capture our emotions. 

At the end of the day the MIPP workshop went well and we are eager to thank all the photographers who were that committed to work and have fun with us inspite of the morning heat, that was a challenge, seriously! :) 

And our special thanks go to the Master and organizer of the event - Kevin Casha and our professional photographer - Anastasia Zhukova.

A career now spanning over 30 years in photography, Kevin has won numerous international and local awards. Past President of the Malta Photographic Society and current Chairman, and founder, of the Malta Institute of Professional Photography (MIPP), he is also President of the Birkirkara Visual Art Group.

Casha is the only person in Malta who has been awarded Honorary Life membership of both top local Photographic organizations for his work towards bettering photography and photographers in Malta.

He is the main Lecturer for the Higher National Diploma course in Photography at the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology.

Kevin regularly lectures on photography at the Malta Institute of Professional Photography, Heritage Malta and University of Malta, and conducts regular workshops both in Malta as well as internationally.

He is also a much sought after International Judge on photography and regularly curates various photography and art exhibitions.

Throughout his career, he has staged numerous “one-man” exhibitions in Malta as well as in places like Italy, Corsica, United States and Sicily.

Casha says-"I have always been attracted to female beauty and particularly, perfection. It has been a constant search that is, at times, very frustrating due to its elusiveness... I cannot imagine living without women – it would be unbearably boring." And we can't disagree, words of wisdom, indeed. ;)

ANASTASIA ZHUKOVA

Russian Photographer / Media Designer with 7 years of experience from Riga, Latvia. Based in Malta, worldwide travel Specialize on Jewellery, Portrait, Architecture and Interior Photography. 

Now is working on a project “ Cinemagraphs” ( normal pictures but that contain a movement of a feature while the rest remain static as in a normal photo).

 - The Union of Pictorialist of Russia (since 2008), 

 - MIPP(Maltese Institute of professional Photographers) (since 2010)

Совсем недавно нам предоставилась удивительная возможность поучаствовать в воркшопе-фотосъёмке, посвященной взаимодействию профессиональной фотографии и фешн сферы.

Не будем много говорить, так как, во-первых, мы уже упоминали об этом событии в одном из наших предыдущих постов http://inmaltawithlove.blogspot.com/2013/07/workshop-fashion-bloggers-and.html  

А во-вторых, слова неуместны, когда результат говорит сам за себя. Убедиться и в этом сможете и Вы, просмотрев фотографии.

Признаемся честно, мы в восторге от полученной работы, а главное, от процесса, который в очередной раз доказал, что любое занятие-удовольствие, если взаимодействуешь с людьми по-настоящему влюбленными в своё дело. Несмотря на тридцатиградусную жару, участникам удалось передать живые эмоции и настроение. 

Огромное спасибо хочется выразить Кевину Каше и Анастасии Жуковой, благодаря которым   данный эксперимент случился в нашей "блого-жизни".

Каша является главным лектором Высший Национальный Диплом курс по фотографии в Мальтийский колледж искусств, науки и техники.

Он регулярно читает лекции по фотографии в Malta Institute of Professional Photography, Heritage Malta and University of Malta, а также проводит регулярные семинары как на Мальте, так и на международном уровне.

Кевин был удостоен звания "Фотограф года" Мальты четыре раза, а также "MIPP Фотограф года".

Русский фотограф / Медиа-дизайнер с 7-летним опытом работы из Риги, Латвия.

В настоящее время живет на Мальте, путешествует по всему миру и специализируется на Jewellery photo, портрете, архитектуре и интерьере. 

Сегодня Анастасия работает над собственным проектом "Cinemagraphs" (фотография, на которой происходят незначительные повторяющиеся движения. Синемаграфы обычно представлены в Gif-формате и создают зрителю иллюзию просмотра видео.)
